Senior Business Development Executive
We seek an experienced and highly motivated Senior Business Development Executive (who knows all freelancing platforms) to join our team. In this role, you will manage and optimize our presence on different freelancing platforms (Upwork, Fiverr, bark, clutch etc), ensuring we effectively engage with clients, submit compelling proposals, and drive business growth. Your focus will be on identifying high-quality projects, building relationships with clients, closing deals, and contributing to the overall success of our company.
Required Experience:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in business development, sales preferably in software services or IT consulting.
- Proven track record of winning projects on Upwork, Fiverr or similar platform.
Required Skills:
- Ability to identify, research, and target potential clients and industries.
- Excellent written and spoken communication and experience in maintaining strong client relationships.
- Skilled in sales techniques to close deals and negotiate effectively.
- Understanding of software development and project management practices (Agile/Scrum, etc.).
- Ability to analyze market data, monitor trends, and adapt strategies.
- Should be able to work in the evenings/Night Shift
